The Holy Father has relieved Bishop Joseph E. Strickland from the pastoral governance of the Diocese of Tyler, United States of America, and at the same time has appointed Bishop Joe Vásquez of Austin as Apostolic Administrator sede Vacante of the same diocese. (11 November)
