In a telegram sent to Archbishop Mitja Leskovar, Apostolic Nuncio in Iraq, on Tuesday evening, 20 July, by Cardinal Secretary of State Pietro Parolin, Pope Francis sends condolences for those who died in the explosion at the Al-Wuhailat Market in Baghdad and renews his appeal for reconciliation in Iraq.
