The cry of women from all over the world

The exhibition, Women’s Cry is set up in the colonnade of St Peter’s Square in the Vatican during the month of May.. The exhibition was curated by director Lia Beltrami, and organized by the World Union of Catholic Women’s Organisations (UMOFC), with the Dicastery for Communication and Aurora Vision.  Eight photographers, through their 25 photographs, recount the condition of women, especially those most vulnerable, from all over the world, while shedding light particularly on Africa, South America, and Asia.
