Online course Sexo, genero y educación

From 7 January to 7 May, the Institute of Advanced Studies on Women (APRA) has organized in collaboration with the Francisco de Vitoria University of Madrid the first edition of the online course Sexo, genero y educaciòn [Sex, gender and education].

Director Marta Rodriguez, is the ISSD academic coordinator and professor at the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum. The course, offered in Spanish, is structured in three thematic modules taught by more than 15 professors. These include weekly live-streamed sessions and 50 video lessons, with individual and group mentoring. The course awards 25 ETCs and is aimed at trainers. Christian Unity, Week of Prayer

The Week of Prayer for Christian Unity is an ecumenical initiative in which all Christian denominations pray together for the achievement of the full unity that is Christ’s will. “Learn to do good, seek righteousness (Isaiah, 1:17)” is the theme of the week of prayer for Christian unity in the programme from 18 to 25 January. This topic was chosen and the subsidy prepared, by a local group from the United States of America (USA), which had been convened by the Minnesota Council of Churches.
