The Pope meets the astronauts of the International Space Station

Four months after the historic call via satellite on 21 May with the astronauts of the Intenational Space Station, Benedict XVI received yesterday, 19 September, at Castel Gandolfo the protagonists of the mission. Together with the President of the Italian Space Agency, Enrico Saggese, and the Director General of the European Space Agency, Jean-Jacques Dordain, were two Italian astronauts, Roberto Vittori and Paolo Nespoli, as well as Catherine Coleman, Mark Kelly, Gregory Harold Johnson, Edward Finke, Andrew Feustel and Scott Kelly.
