Juba opens embassy  in Khartoum

· Important sign in the relaxing of strained relations between Sudan and Sud Sudan ·

Yesterday in Khartoum the first South Sudanes embassy opened, nourishing the hope for normalizing relations between the two African countries and for the status of hundreds of thousands of South Sudanese who live north of the border. The decision could be a decisive step towards the normalization of relations between the two countries where military conflict has returned in various border areas after South Sudan's independence in July 2011.
